a recent Microsoft demo day they were kind enough to give me a Vista Ultimate Edition 32bit that I've not installed yet as current machine not up to it. I have an XDA Orbit Pocket PC that I sync at home and work. Currently AS 4.2 at home and work, Win2000 at work, XP Home at home. All syncs just fine.
